News Stories- Dinner Price Increase
As from Monday 24 April 2017 the cost of a dinner will increase from £2.00 to £2.10 per KS2 child. There
is also a new menu, which is being sent out this week. - Comic Relief Day
A big thank you to everyone who contributed to “Comic Relief. We raised an amazing £750.76 - Healthy Snack
As per our school prospectus, please only
provide your child with a healthy snack i.e.
a piece of fruit for morning break. Snack bars
are not acceptable. - Garden Club/Nursery Garden
If anyone has any donations of seeds, plants
etc. that we can use for our Gardening Club
or Nursery they would be gratefully
appreciated. - Sainsbury’s Vouchers
We are now collecting Active Kids Sainsbury’s vouchers in school. Please put them in the box provided in Reception. - Archery Tournament
Archery Tournament
Congratulations to both of our Archery teams
who took part at the Idsall tournament.
Shifnal B won the event and have qualified to
take part at the Summer Games in June. - Winter Games
Congratulations to all the children who took
part at the Winter Games. Shifnal Primary
won all their events and became overall
winners. - Tuck Shop
After half term we will no longer be selling juice at break times. We would like to encourage all children to bring in a named water bottle which they can refill throughout the day.
Thank you for your cooperation. - Citizenship Awards
As a school we now award a weekly citizen award to a child in KS1 and a child in KS2.
This award is awarded to the child who shows consistent kindness to others, who is always polite and will always consider others before themselves. - School Safety
Please do not walk down the driveway, use the paths and crossing points when on the school site.
