Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II 1926 -2022

All of us at Shifnal Primary School have been deeply saddened by the death of Her Majesty The Queen. Dignified and hard-working to the last, she was an inspiration to many. She will be greatly missed and our thoughts and prayers are with the royal family at this sad time. 

Monday 19 September, the date of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s State Funeral, will be a national bank holiday. Our school will be closed for this day. 

This will allow individuals to pay their respects to Her Majesty and commemorate Her reign.
